redhat 9.0 이라면 lokkit 으로 방화벽 설정을 할 수도 있습니다.

lokkit -q --disabled 라고 하면 방화벽이 해제됩니다.
iptables -F라고 직접 명령을 주어도 됩니다 F는 Flush 를 뜻합니다.
Kernel 2.2대의 linux 배포판이라면 ipchains -F 하면 됩니다.

service iptables restart
